Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Freshness Mobile Solutions ("we", "us", or "our"), a mobile app developer based in Hà Nội, Vietnam, collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile applications published on Google Play (collectively, the "Apps") and this website. By using our Apps, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information we collect

Our Apps are designed to work with as little personal data as possible. Depending on which app you use, the following information may be involved:

Information you provide

• Content you create, such as notes, documents you open, or preferences and settings. This stays on your device unless a feature explicitly requires otherwise.
• Support communications, such as the content of emails you send us.

Information collected automatically

• Device & technical data — such as device model, operating-system version, app version, language, and crash diagnostics — used to keep the Apps stable and compatible.
• Usage data — anonymous, aggregated statistics about which features are used, to help us improve the Apps.
• Advertising identifiers — where ads are shown, third-party partners may process your device's advertising ID (see sections 4 and 5).

2. How we use information

We use the information described above to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Apps and their features;
• Diagnose crashes, fix bugs, and improve performance and stability;
• Understand how features are used so we can improve them;
• Display advertising in ad-supported apps (where applicable);
• Respond to your support requests and feedback.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Device permissions

Some Apps request device permissions only to deliver specific features. Permissions are requested in context and you may decline or revoke them at any time in your device settings. Examples include:

• Storage / Files — to open, read, or save documents, notes, and wallpapers you choose.
• Location — only in the Weather app, to provide a local forecast (you may also search manually).
• Set wallpaper — in wallpaper and theme apps, to apply images you select.
• Internet / Network — to download content and, where applicable, show ads.

4. Third-party services

Our Apps may use trusted third-party services that process limited data under their own privacy policies, including:

• Google Play services — distribution, in-app updates, and licensing.
• Google Analytics for Firebase / Crashlytics — anonymous usage analytics and crash reporting.
• Google AdMob — advertising in ad-supported apps.

5. Advertising

Some Apps are free and supported by ads served through Google AdMob. Advertising partners may use device identifiers and similar technologies to show relevant ads and measure their performance. You can limit ad personalization at any time via Settings → Google → Ads on your Android device, where you may also reset or delete your advertising ID.

6. Data storage & retention

Content you create in our Apps (such as notes and settings) is stored locally on your device by default. Diagnostic and analytics data is retained only for as long as needed to operate and improve the Apps, in line with our service providers' standard retention periods. Uninstalling an app removes its locally stored data from your device.

7. Children's privacy

Our Apps are intended for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.

8. Your rights & choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise these choices by:

• Adjusting or revoking permissions in your device settings;
• Resetting or limiting your advertising ID;
• Uninstalling the App to remove locally stored data;
• Emailing us with any request (see section 10).

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our Apps or legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and post the new version on this page. Significant changes may also be communicated within the Apps.
